Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Co Founder with Investment role based in Bengaluru. The Co Founder will collaborate on defining the company vision, building long-term strategy, and driving execution across Quantum Technologies, AI, eGovernance, Education, and MedTech initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating and incubating new deep-tech ideas, forming partnerships with research institutions and industry stakeholders, and guiding product development from concept to market.



The role involves contributing capital, managing investor relationships, supporting fundraising activities, and setting up governance structures that ensure responsible growth. The Co Founder will also help build and mentor a multidisciplinary team, establish operational processes, and represent QWV in key industry forums and events.
Qualifications

• Experience in founding, co-founding, or leading technology ventures, preferably in deep-tech domains such as Quantum Technologies, AI, or MedTech.
• Robust background in strategy, business development, and scaling early-stage companies, with a track record of driving growth and building sustainable business models.
• Ability and willingness to make an investment in the venture, along with experience in working with investors, venture capital, or innovation funding ecosystems.
• Knowledge of research and innovation processes, including collaboration
