Position: Clinical Research Trainer

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Clinical Research Trainer to join our Cochin team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering training, mentoring students, and helping them develop practical knowledge and industry-ready skills in clinical research.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom training sessions on clinical research concepts and processes.
- Explain clinical research topics in a clear and practical manner.
- Guide and mentor students throughout the training program.
- Handle student queries and provide subject-related support.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and practical assignments.
- Keep students updated on current clinical research practices and industry requirements.




- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Eligibility / Qualification
- BDS
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- Pharm.D
- Candidates with relevant clinical research or training experience will be preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills are required.

Preferred Skills
- Valuable knowledge of clinical research and related concepts.
- Strong teaching and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and mentor students.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Industry experience will be an added advantage.
