Zavya | Gurugram | Full time | Work From Office
Experience: 1–3 years
Education: Premier engineering or management institutes preferred; MBA is an advantage.

The Role
No playbook. No hand-holding. Real problems. Real ownership.
We're looking for an exceptionally sharp, ambitious, and AI-first problem solver to work directly with the business leadership and co-founders at Zavya.
This is not a conventional business analyst role.
You won't be handed perfectly defined problems, detailed instructions, or established frameworks to follow.
Instead, you'll be expected to identify what needs fixing, question why things work the way they do, develop solutions, and take ownership of getting them implemented.
We're looking for someone who combines first-principles thinking, intellectual curiosity, technological fluency, and an exceptional bias for action.
Someone who can think strategically, move independently, challenge assumptions, and build solutions rather than just recommend them.

What You'll Be Doing
1. Solve Unstructured Business Problems

• Work directly with leadership to identify business bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
• Break down ambiguous problems using first-principles thinking, data, and structured reasoning.
• Move from problem identification to diagnosis, solution design, and execution.

2. Build an AI-First Business
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies across functions.
• Build practical AI-powered workflows, analytical tools, and automations that improve productivity and business outcomes.
• Experiment with tools, prototype solutions, and implement what works.
• Challenge processes that exist simply because that's how they've always been done.

3. Drive High-Impact Strategic Initiatives
• Own special projects spanning revenue growth, profitability, business operations, and customer experience.
• Work cross-functionally to drive initiatives from concept to measurable res
