We are actively looking for a Senior Electrical BIM Modeller with 4+ years of relevant experience in BIM modelling, Electrical systems, and construction documentation. The candidate should have solid hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360), with the ability to independently manage modelling, coordination, and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed 2D/3D Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare and update electrical, mechanical, plumbing, construction, coordination, and as-built drawings.
• Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Review, identify, track, and resolve coordination issues through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural,
and other engineering disciplines.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project and BIM standards.
• Manage scan-to-BIM, point-cloud alignment, and as-built modelling activities where required.
• Coordinate with project and engineering teams to resolve technical and modelling issues.
• Maintain project documentation, model revisions, and BIM deliverables in line with established workflows.
• Independently manage assigned tasks, prioritize deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
Requirements
• 4+ years of relevant experience in BIM modelling and Electrical projects.
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering/ Civil/Mechanical.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Practical experience with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).
