Role Description

The Human Resources Intern role at GoTechPlace is an in office internship based in Bhopal. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including supporting employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and helping coordinate HR-related documentation.



Responsibilities may include assisting in the implementation of HR policies, gathering information on employee benefits, and supporting HR management in organizing trainings, meetings, and employee engagement activities. The intern will collaborate with HR team members, learn HR best practices, and contribute to a positive workplace experience while gaining practical exposure in the field of human resources.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic record-keeping.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Interest in building a career in HR; coursework in HR, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
