About The Project
Sol's ARC is a disability inclusion organisation with over 23 years of experience enabling Persons with Disabilities to access education, livelihoods and employment. Our Inclusive Education programme works directly with state governments and education departments — building the capacity of teachers, resource persons and government officials to make schools and learning systems genuinely inclusive for children with special needs.
The curriculum team is at the heart of this work — designing the content that goes into government teacher training, developing materials for resource persons in the field and ensuring that what is taught is evidence-based,
contextually appropriate and practically usable.
About The Role
The Curriculum Lead is a senior content and training leadership role — not a subject matter specialist but a curriculum systems thinker from a special education lens. The person in this role must be able to take any content area (inclusive education, teacher training, disability identification, SHG facilitation) and design a well-structured module, create effective training materials and deliver training on it. The curriculum lead makes the content rigorous, the training practical and the team capable.
This is a people management role as much as it is a content role. You will Manage a team of 3–5 curriculum developers and trainers, guide their work quality, build their capacity and be the quality benchmark for everything the team produces.
