Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Online Bidding, or Lead Generation.
• Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
• Solid skills in lead generation, bidding, proposal writing, follow-ups, and client conversion.
• Good understanding of Web & Mobile Development, Website Design, UI/UX, and Digital Marketing.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Experience working with international clients is required.
• Candidates with a proven track record of generating business/revenue will be preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, handle business development targets, and consistently achieve monthly lead and revenue goals.
