Role Overview
TechMatrix Consulting is hiring a Sales Head to lead new business growth for our Salesforce practice across the West region, based in Mumbai. This role builds and converts a pipeline of Salesforce implementation and managed-services opportunities, deepens relationships with existing clients, and works closely with Salesforce's own account and alliance teams to source co-sell opportunities. The Sales Head is accountable for regional revenue growth and for strengthening TechMatrix's standing as a trusted Salesforce implementation partner in the region.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage a new business pipeline across the West region, from prospecting through to closed-won, for Salesforce implementation, consulting, and managed-services engagements.
• Own revenue and bookings targets for the region and report progress through a rolling sales forecast.
• Engage existing customers in the region to identify renewal, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities across the Salesforce product suite.




• Act as the primary point of contact with Salesforce's regional account executives and alliance team, aligning on joint account plans and co-sell motions.
• Represent TechMatrix at Salesforce-led events, briefings, and partner forums to build visibility and generate referrals.
• Lead proposal development, commercial negotiation, and contracting for recent deals, working closely with pre-sales and delivery teams.
• Build and mentor a regional sales team as the West practice scales.

Qualifications & Experience
• 8-12 years in B2B sales, including at least 4 years selling IT services, SaaS, or enterprise software within the Salesforce ecosystem or a comparable CRM/cloud platform.
• Proven record of carrying and exceeding a sales quota within a consulting or systems-integrator environment.
