Company Description VRL Media Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary company under the umbrella of VRL Group, is hiring for a talented and motivated Company Secretary at their Hubballi office. The company operates a state-of-the-art fleet of luxury buses enablng countless passengers from one origin to destination.

Role Description This is a full time on-site role for a Company Secretary, based in Hubballi. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining the company’s statutory registers, managing board meetings, preparing minutes of meetings, and handling corporate governance matters. The role also involves liaising with relevant regulatory bodies and stakeholders, managing secretarial audits, and supporting the board with administrative tasks.

Qualifications
• Professional qualification as Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India; additional degrees in Law, Commerce, or Finance are an advantage.
• Experience in corporate governance, compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations,



and stock exchange listing requirements in a listed company environment.
• Strong skills in drafting board documents, minutes, resolutions, and corporate policies, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage statutory filings, maintain registers and records, and coordinate audits and inspections with regulators and external advisors.
• Proficiency in using office productivity tools and corporate secretarial software; comfort working with digital documentation and reporting systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with board members, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and a structured approach to handling confidential information and sensitive corporate matters.
• Prior experience in logistics, passenger travel, or other large-scale operational businesses is beneficial.
