Commis / Chef de Partie — Continental
We’re Hiring: Continental Chefs (Commis / CDP) | BetterGreens, Gurgaon

BetterGreens is an artisanal food brand with a base kitchen and an experiential store. We’re expanding our kitchen team and looking for a continental chef at the Commis to Chef de Partie level.

What you’ll do:
→ Prepare continental dishes to a premium standard — salads, sandwiches, and more
→ Work across the base kitchen and the store
→ Maintain consistency, quality, and hygiene in everything you plate
→ Support a growing, fast-paced kitchen team
→ Take pride in fresh, high-quality ingredients

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Prior continental experience — salads, sandwiches, and café-style food
✔️ Commis to Chef de Partie level, depending on experience
✔️ Strong fundamentals in prep, hygiene, and consistency
✔️ High energy, ownership, and a genuine love for food
✔️ Comfortable in a hands-on, rapid-moving kitchen

Compensation: Flexible, based on experience and skill
