Role Description The Performance Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram i. This role involves designing and delivering individualized and group training programs focused on athletic performance, strength, and conditioning. The Performance Coach will conduct assessments, track progress, and adjust training plans using data and feedback to optimize results. Daily tasks include leading sessions on the floor, monitoring technique and safety, coordinating recovery strategies, and educating members on best practices for performance and injury prevention.



The coach will collaborate with other team members to create a consistent, science-driven training experience and may support workshops, events, and member engagement activities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Athletic Performance and Strength & Conditioning.
• Candidates should possess skills in Training and Coaching to design and lead effective programs.
• Candidates should possess Business Coaching skills to support client goal-setting and long-term development.
• Relevant certifications in strength and conditioning, sports science, personal training, or related fields are beneficial.
• Experience working with athletes or fitness enthusiasts in a coaching or training environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, motivate diverse individuals, and maintain a protected training environment is essential.
• Familiarity with performance tracking
