Job Description
• No customer complaint should be kept pending for more than a week. Even if spares are not available .
• It is mandatory that you put the request on Zoho app at that moment of time. There should not be any delay in sending the request..
• It is mandatory to fill accurate repair report on Zoho app after repair the bag.
• Service income you take from the customer should be as per the MRP spare part price list.
• Service income should be deposited in a same day, after depositing the service income the receipt of the same should be sent to Accounts team without fail immediately on the same day.
• It is mandatory to provide a copy of the money receipt to the customer from whom you collected the service income. 7) Approval copy should be required inside every defective (SB1) bag and yellow stickers should be pasted on defective (SB1) bags. 8) To maintain proper spare parts stock register at depot.
• Spare part that will be applied to the customer's bag should be neat and clean
