Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive / Academic Counsellor. The role involves identifying and nurturing current business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners. The individual will counsel prospective learners on suitable programs, guide them through the admissions process, and maintain ongoing communication to support enrollment and retention.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counselling sessions, managing accounts, tracking leads and conversions, and collaborating with internal teams to meet growth targets. The role requires a proactive approach to outreach, regular follow-ups, and participation in events or activities that promote Skill Univ’s offerings.
Qualifications
• Business development skills, including New Business Development and Lead Generation.
• Strong Account Management abilities to maintain and grow relationships with learners and partners.
• Excellent Communication skills for counselling, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Understanding of education or training services, with the ability to match learner needs to appropriate programs.
• Proven ability to meet targets, work with CRM or lead management tools, and manage pipelines effectively.
