About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be confident in hiring across multiple functions, managing statutory compliance, and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments, including Legal, Operations, Sales, and Customer Support.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview rounds, and manage offer negotiations.
• Drive timely closures for open positions and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure a smooth joining process.

2. Payroll & Compliance
• Manage monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, and attendance records.
• Handle statutory compliances, including PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, TDS,



and Form 16, as applicable.
• Coordinate with finance and external consultants for payroll and compliance-related matters.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee documentation.

3. HR Operations & Employee Management
• Manage employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Handle joining formalities, induction, exit processes, and full-and-final settlements.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
• Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR policy implementation.
• Ensure HR processes are organised, timely, and compliant with applicable laws.
