Building a consumer brand takes more than a great product. It takes the right decisions on customers, pricing, operations, and profitability.

VeroSmart, an Indian menswear brand operated by Nextera Textiles Pvt. Ltd., is looking for a hands-on business leader to lead its next phase of growth.

? What will you lead?

↳ Business performance: Own revenue, profitability, working capital, and cash flow.
↳ Product strategy: Drive merchandising, pricing, product quality, and inventory decisions.
↳ Customer growth: Improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and repeat purchases.
↳ Channel expansion: Build profitable growth across D2C, marketplaces, and relevant offline channels.
↳ Operations: Strengthen sourcing, supply chain, fulfilment, and business processes.
↳ Team leadership: Build a capable team and work closely with the founders and Board.

? Who should apply?





↳ Experience leading or improving an apparel or consumer-brand business with direct P&L; responsibility.
↳ Strong understanding of Indian D2C and marketplace economics.
↳ A track record of improving profitability, cash discipline, and customer retention.
↳ The ability to build a business with limited resources and make decisions backed by data.

Experience in menswear, premium apparel, or early-stage business growth will be an advantage.
