We are looking for an experienced Desktop Engineer L3 to manage end-user IT support, desktop infrastructure, IT assets, and overall IT operations.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT assets, printers, and audio-video devices.
• Vendor, asset, and escalation management.
• Knowledge of SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Office 365 (O365) is an advantage.
• Experience leading a team for 2–3 years while working as an individual contributor.
• Ability to oversee day-to-day IT operations and coordinate with server, network, and vendor teams.
• Availability for occasional weekend activities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM IST.
