Key Responsibilit
ies:
- Lead complete design and engineering activities for HEPV products.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, 3D models, BOMs, etc.
- Establish design standards, engineering procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable national and international standards.
- Manage customer and project coordination.
- Support customer audits, internal audits, and quality investigations.

Skill Requirements:
- Team leadership and development.
- Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM tools, engineering documentation, and product development processes.
- Proficiency in ERP and Product Lifecycle Management systems.
- Strategic thinking and solid decision-making abilities.
