Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with customers, channel partners,



and intermediaries to drive business growth and improve retention. Daily activities include understanding client needs, proposing suitable insurance solutions, explaining product features and benefits, and assisting with policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery, handling queries and escalations, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also support local business development initiatives, participate in promotional activities, and provide regular reporting on sales performance and market feedback.
