Role Description The Performance Management Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management frameworks across the organization. This full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India involves setting performance metrics, developing KPIs,



and coordinating regular performance reviews with business and project teams. The manager will analyze performance data, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions and training initiatives to enhance individual and team productivity. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to align performance goals with business objectives, managing performance-related budgets, preparing reports and dashboards, and facilitating feedback conversations in a structured and constructive manner. The role also involves partnering with HR and functional leaders to ensure fair, transparent, and consistent performance processes and to support employee development and engagement.
