Company Description Kinetic Age specializes in one-on-one, home-based personal training for older adults, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and overall health. Expert trainers design tailored fitness programs that support independence, reduce injury risk, and promote healthy aging. Services include personal training for seniors (55+), mobility and flexibility training, and strength and balance programs. Kinetic Age also provides prehab and rehab support, along with customized nutrition plans to complement physical training. Team members work closely with clients in their homes to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, primarily involving visits to clients’ homes. The Physiotherapist will assess clients’ physical condition, mobility, and functional limitations, and design individualized exercise and therapy plans aligned with Kinetic Age’s senior-focused programs. Daily responsibilities include guiding clients through therapeutic exercises, monitoring progress,



adjusting treatment plans, and documenting sessions and outcomes. The role also involves providing prehab and rehab support, educating clients and caregivers on safe movement and injury prevention, and collaborating with trainers and healthcare professionals when needed. The Physiotherapist is expected to maintain high standards of professional ethics, safety, and client-centered care while traveling within the Greater Bengaluru Area.
Qualifications

• Formal education in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) and a valid professional license or registration as required in the region.
• Solid skills in physical assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based therapies, particularly for senior populations.
