Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead / Solution Architect with deep expertise in contemporary web technologies, Python-based backend development, cloud-native architecture, and Microsoft Azure services. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solution architecture, lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade applications using Angular or React, Python, and Azure Cloud Services.
This role requires strong hands-on technical leadership, architecture ownership, stakeholder management, and a passion for modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development and cloud-native application design.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Mentoring
• Provide technical leadership across full-stack engineering teams.




• Mentor developers and establish engineering best practices.
• Lead architecture discussions, solution reviews, and code quality initiatives.
• Drive technical excellence through design reviews, code reviews, and engineering standards.

Architecture & Solution Design
• Design scalable, secure, resilient, and cloud-native enterprise solutions.
• Own end-to-end application, integration, and platform architecture.
• Define technology roadmaps and modernization strategies.
• Evaluate technical trade-offs and recommend optimal architectural decisions.

Full Stack Development
• Architect and develop modern web applications using Angular or React.
• Build robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Design and implement reusable components, service layers, and integration patterns.
• Ensure adherence to SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture practices.
