Role Description This is a full-time, in office Salesperson role based in Nashik.
• The Salesperson will welcome customers, understand their preferences, and provide product recommendations t.
• The role involves managing the sales floor, maintaining product displays, handling billing and payment processes, and ensuring a positive, informed shopping experience.
• The Salesperson will also assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and coordination with the store team to support promotional activities and special events. Will handle cleaning and dusting job when necessary.
• This position requires consistent in-person presence,



reliability, and a commitment to representing Bharat Handcrafts’ values.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in customer service, in-person sales, and relationship building with diverse customers.
• Candidates should possess skills in product presentation, visual merchandising, and maintaining organized, appealing displays.
• Candidates should possess skills in basic billing, cash handling, and point-of-sale (POS) system operation.
• Candidates should possess skills in communication, active listening, and explaining product stories and features clearly.

• Familiarity with Indian arts and crafts, and proficiency in English and local languages.
