About the Role:
DevCode Space LLP is scaling its international hiring footprint. We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Technical Recruiter to lead cross-border talent acquisition. The primary mandate involves sourcing, assessing, and closing engineering talent for overseas deployments and remote contracts across Dubai, Malaysia, Australia, Oman, and broader APAC/Middle East regions.

Key Requirements & Profile:
➣ Global Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record in closing niche tech roles (Full-stack, Mobile, Cloud/DevOps,



AI/ML, System Architects) for international clients/hubs.
➣ Communication & Accent: Exceptional, fluent English communication skills with a explicit, neutral, or internationally adaptable accent suitable for interacting with global candidates, offshore clients, and multinational leadership.
➣ Cross-Border Talent Ecosystems: Hands-on experience with visa/work-permit considerations, offshore contractor models, multi-currency compensation structures (AED, USD, AUD, MYR, OMR), and time-zone management.
➣ Outbound Sourcing: Skilled in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, international job portals, and technical community networks.
