Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented freshers to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, and helping students choose the right career-oriented training programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Reach out to potential students and introduce our training programs.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable course recommendations.
• Engage with leads through calls, explain program benefits, and encourage enrollments.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to convert interested prospects into students.




• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.
• Work towards monthly enrollment targets and contribute to business growth.
• Update lead information, follow-up status, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Address queries professionally and ensure a positive student experience.

Eligibility Criteria & Skills
• Fresh graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.
• Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, B.Sc., M.Sc., BE/B.Tech, BCA, and MCA graduates are preferred.
• Fluency in at least one South Indian language — Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam — is mandatory.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• Interest in sales, customer engagement, and business development.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
