Role Description The Staffing Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process for permanent and temporary placements.



The role involves maintaining strong communication with candidates and internal stakeholders, understanding staffing requirements, and aligning talent with organizational needs. The Staffing Recruiter will also manage candidate databases, support onboarding, and help improve recruitment processes to ensure timely, high-quality staffing solutions.
