Role Description The Customer Service Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with booking and rental processes, and provide clear information about services, pricing, and policies. Daily tasks include resolving issues, handling complaints, coordinating with operations and fleet teams, and documenting interactions in internal systems. The role also involves supporting customers during pickup and return, ensuring a smooth experience,



and gathering feedback to help improve service quality.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in customer service and customer support, with the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.

• Solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and politely.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using booking platforms, CRM tools, and email applications.
• Problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional approach when dealing with complaints or high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, including weekends or shift-based schedules if required.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in mobility, travel, or retail, is an advantage.
