Role Description This is a full-time, on-site International Sales Executive role based in Gurgaon. The role involves managing and growing international customer accounts, driving sales of insurance and related financial products, and meeting revenue and conversion targets. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing customers via calls, emails, and online channels, understanding their needs,



and providing suitable product recommendations. The International Sales Executive will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, policy issuance, and post-sales support, while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also includes analyzing market trends, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to process improvements to enhance international business performance.
Qualifications
• Strong international sales and sales negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in international business and account management, including handling cross-border clients or markets.
• Customer service skills with the ability to build trust, resolve queries, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize opportunities, and work with CRM and sales reporting tools.
