Job SummaryAerowerks is seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Executive to join our Customer Care team. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and the capability to coordinate multiple operational activities, including technical support, installations, repairs, shipping, maintenance, and customer follow-ups.
The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, service technicians, installation teams, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth execution of customer requests and timely resolution of issues.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Technical Assistance• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets.
• Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and assistance for Aerowerks equipment and systems.
• Diagnose issues using technical documentation, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.




• Escalate complex technical problems to engineering or senior support teams.

Installation Coordination• Schedule and coordinate installation activities with customers, technicians, and project teams.
• Track installation progress and ensure all required resources are available.
• Maintain communication between customers and installation personnel throughout project execution.

Repair & Maintenance Coordination• Manage repair and maintenance requests from customers.
• Coordinate service visits and preventive maintenance activities.
• Follow up on open repair cases until successful resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities and customer feedback.

Shipping & Logistics Support• Coordinate equipment and parts shipments with internal teams and logistics providers.
• Track shipment status and proactively update customers.
