Role Description The Litigation Associate will work full time in office in the Pune Division, handling technology-focused disputes and general commercial litigation matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, preparing written arguments,



and assisting in strategy for trials and hearings before various courts and tribunals. The role involves conducting detailed legal and factual research, reviewing case documents, and supporting the preparation of evidence and witness materials. The Litigation Associate will coordinate with clients, participate in client meetings, and assist senior counsel with depositions, cross-examinations, and courtroom proceedings. The position also includes monitoring regulatory developments in technology law, contributing to internal knowledge resources, and collaborating with the wider team on complex litigation and crisis management mandates.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in Law, including knowledge of civil and criminal procedure, evidence, and technology-related statutes and regulations.
• Candidates should possess skills in drafting Motions and other litigation document
