Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, orders, and issue resolution effectively.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Candidates should possess basic proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and data entry for managing customer information and sales records.
• Relevant experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
• Ability to work in office in Surat, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
