Role OverviewAppXcelerate Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive/ Manager – IT Sales to drive revenue growth across our IT consulting, qualified services, project delivery, and workforce solutions portfolio.
This is a strategic, consultative sales role focused on developing new business opportunities beyond traditional staff augmentation, and acquiring new clients across national and international markets.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients,



identifying their business and technology challenges and translating them into tailored, value-driven solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities● Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow AppXcelerate’s IT solutions portfolio.
● Identify, engage, and acquire new clients across domestic and international markets.
● Understand complex business challenges and develop customized, value-based solution proposals.
● Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, senior technology and IT leaders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
● Lead complex sales pursuits from initial discovery and solution design through proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
