We are looking for an enthusiastic Engineer to lead the Structure design for projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze retaining walls and RCC structures, ensuring compliance with IS codes and BIS standards.

• Conduct structural calculations, load assessments, and stability checks for foundations, beams, slabs, and columns.

• Prepare and review structural drawings, specifications, and reports.

• Utilize structural analysis software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, and AutoCAD for accurate modeling and design.

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.

• Provide structural solutions for challenging site conditions,



including soil stability, seismic considerations, and drainage impact on retaining walls.

• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

• Optimize structural designs for cost-effectiveness and sustainability, considering material selection and construction techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.

• 3-6 years of experience in designing retaining walls and Steel and RCC structures for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Experience in tensile structure is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in STAAD Pro, ETABS, PROTECTED, AutoCAD, and other structural analysis software.

• In-depth knowledge of IS codes, BIS standards, and other relevant structural design guidelines.
