Role Description: This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Indore. The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline through lead generation, and nurturing prospects from initial contact to closure.



The role involves presenting Ease Commerce’s CRM solutions to potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and tailoring value propositions to specific business needs. Day-to-day activities include managing client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding, and tracking sales performance against targets. The individual will also gather market feedback, contribute to sales strategies, and support continuous improvement in business development processes.

Qualifications
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Identify and approach potential B2B clients to generate business.
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable ERP/CRM solutions.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with prospective clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
