Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for an HR Analytics & Payroll Trainer. The role involves designing and delivering interactive training sessions on HR analytics tools, payroll (US & UK) processes, and best practices to learners from diverse professional backgrounds.



The trainer will create and update training content, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises, ensuring alignment with current HR and payroll standards. Daily tasks include coaching participants, responding to learner queries, evaluating performance through assessments, and providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications:
• Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR), with practical knowledge of HR analytics, payroll (US & UK) systems, and compliance fundamentals.
• Candidates should possess skills in Coaching, with the ability to mentor and guide learners of varied experience levels.
• Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and professional written communication.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management, or a related field are preferred.
