We are looking for an experienced Property Manager – Technical to oversee technical operations and infrastructure maintenance at an Industrial Park in Hosur.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day technical operations and maintenance of the industrial park.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, transformers, HT/LT panels, pumps, STP/WTP, fire and life safety systems, and other building infrastructure.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out as per schedule.
• Monitor equipment performance, utilities, energy consumption, and operational efficiency.
• Manage technical vendors, AMC contractors, and service partners.
• Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and adherence to operational SLAs.
• Conduct technical inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Handle breakdowns, technical escalations, and emergency situations.




• Manage technical manpower, budgets, spare parts, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth facility operations.

Candidate Profile:
• Relevant experience in Property Management / Facility Management, preferably in industrial parks or large commercial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, utilities, building infrastructure, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience in managing large commercial properties or industrial parks is preferred.
• Positive leadership, vendor management, and client coordination skills.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance, EHS, and technical documentation.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
