Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Electrical Engineer will design, analyze,



and optimize electrical systems that support Voltanova’s thermal energy storage and energy management technologies, including power distribution and integration with industrial processes. Daily responsibilities include developing electrical schematics and layouts, performing load and safety calculations, selecting appropriate components, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams (mechanical, controls, software, and operations) to implement robust, productive, and safe power systems for pilot projects and commercial deployments. The Electrical Engineer will also participate in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of electrical and power systems in real-world industrial environments.
