Job DescriptionGuidance Plus is looking for a motivated and experienced academic counselor (Overseas Education) to join our team in Kochi.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior counselling experience, and a passion for guiding students toward international education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities• Counsel students on overseas education opportunities, universities, courses, and admission requirements.
• Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable study options.
• Handle student enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions-related queries.
• Guide students through university application and admission procedures.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups.




• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements• Prior experience in academic, education, or overseas education counselling is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and student-handling skills.
• Positive knowledge of overseas education processes is an added advantage.
• Candidates based in Kochi or willing to work from Kochi are preferred.
