About the Role
We are looking for a senior Brand Operations leader to build and scale Rusk Media’s post-sale execution and client success engine.
This role will lead multiple functional pods across LCS and MM/EM, with a strong mandate to evolve the organization from traditional client servicing to proactive, strategic account management.
You will be responsible for creating an operating model that delivers flawless campaign execution, standardized reporting, stronger client relationships,
operational efficiency, and sustainable account growth.
This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong experience in account management, client success, operations, team leadership, and technology-led process transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Growth & Retention
• Drive account retention and organic portfolio growth across the division.
• Build processes that proactively identify client needs and create upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop frameworks to improve client satisfaction, engagement and long-term account value.
Operations & Process Excellence
• Own the overall Brand Operations function and ensure high-quality, timely campaign delivery.
• Establish standardized operational frameworks, reporting formats and client communication protocols.
• Drive strong SLA adherence and act as the senior escalation point for complex client and delivery challenges.
