Business Analyst - (CRM/Salesforce and ERP consulting Expertise)

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage complex digital transformation projects, from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and strategic goals.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and focus groups to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Provide strategic consulting services, onering expert guidance on technology selection, process optimization, and change management.
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or relevant clouds based on business need).
• Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Salesforce (Sales,Service, Marketing Cloud) and ERP platforms (SAP or similar), including integrations between systems via APIs or middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit, document, and validate requirements as BRDs, user stories,



and process flow diagrams; conduct as-is / to-be gap analysis.
• Own project delivery end to end, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication in Agile or Waterfall environments including UAT. Maintain project plans, RACI matrices, and executive status reports.
• Drive user adoption through training, change management support, and clear documentation across business and field teams. Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
