Role Description
Experience :- 3 - 6 years

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, performance management,



and HR policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle employee lifecycle activities, including joining formalities, documentation, confirmation, and exit processes.
• Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Support performance appraisals, salary revisions, and employee development initiatives.
• Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
• Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication.
• Maintain HR MIS reports, employee databases, and personnel files.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory HR requirements.
