The FBE Studios is our in-house production space featuring specialised setups for fashion, product, FMCG, food, and podcast shoots.
Saroj Jain Vatika is a premium farmhouse property offering a beautiful venue for private celebrations, weddings, birthdays, corporate events, parties, and curated experiences.
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and well-spoken Client Servicing Executive who can manage client communication, coordinate projects, and handle incoming enquiries for our farmhouse property.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Servicing & Coordination — FBE
• Handle day-to-day client communication and maintain professional relationships.




• Understand client requirements and coordinate with creative, social media, production, and editing teams.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and feedback.
• Ensure projects are executed smoothly and delivered within committed deadlines.
• Maintain project trackers and follow up on pending client inputs and approvals.

2. Farmhouse Enquiry Management — Saroj Jain Vatika
• Answer incoming calls and respond to enquiries regarding farmhouse bookings.
• Explain available packages, pricing, inclusions, amenities, and booking procedures to prospective customers.
• Understand the customer's event requirements, including dates, guest count, and type of celebration.
• Share relevant package details and follow up with interested customers.
• Coordinate with the concerned team for availability checks, site visits, and booking confirmations.
• Maintain a record of incoming enquiries and follow-ups to ensure potential leads are not missed.
