Role Description The Patient Counsellor - Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based at Painflame Clinic in Gurugram. The role involves welcoming patients, understanding their concerns, and clearly explaining clinic services, treatment plans, and pricing options. The Patient Counsellor will guide patients through consultations, follow-ups, and treatment bookings while maintaining accurate records of visits and conversions. This position requires building trust with patients, handling inquiries in person and over phone or digital channels, and supporting clinic sales targets by converting leads into confirmed treatments. The role also includes coordination with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient experience and timely communication.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a patient-centered approach.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills,
including clear verbal and written communication in English and local languages.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales abilities, including lead conversion, upselling appropriate services, and meeting sales targets.
• Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills, including maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and managing follow-ups.
• Prior experience in healthcare, clinic front desk, or counseling/sales roles is beneficial.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment and collaborating with medical and administrative teams.
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM, appointment software, email, and spreadsheets) is preferred.
• Minimum qualification: graduate degree or equivalent; training in healthcare or counseling is an added advantage.
