Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Thrissur.



The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients, and promote Securus’ insurance solutions across relevant segments. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client risk profiles and coverage needs, and coordinating with internal teams to develop suitable proposals. The role involves negotiating commercial terms with clients and insurers, preparing and reviewing quotations, and ensuring timely follow-up to close deals. The Business Development Manager will also track market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and maintain accurate records of activities and performance.
