Role Description The Key Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kozhikode, with some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the individual will manage and grow relationships with key restaurant partners,



ensuring their needs are understood and met through BizzDeck’s solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing account performance, conducting regular business reviews, and identifying opportunities to increase client value and platform adoption. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve client issues, optimizing onboarding and training, and gathering feedback to improve product features and service quality. The Key Account Manager will also analyze account-level data to provide insights, support strategic planning for clients, and contribute to revenue growth and customer retention.
