Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller / Admission Counsellor role based in New Delhi. The role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to prospective students, providing accurate information about courses, admission processes, and career opportunities in financial planning. The Telecaller / Admission Counsellor will handle inquiries,



maintain call logs and candidate databases, and follow up with leads to support conversions and admissions. The role also includes scheduling counseling sessions, participating in admission events, and collaborating with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment targets. A professional, service-oriented approach and clear communication with prospective students and their families are essential.

Job locations: Okhla, Delhi
Salary: 45k Monthly.
