We are looking for a confident, result-oriented HNI Relationship Manager who can build trusted client relationships, understand customer requirements, and drive sales in the premium real estate segment.
Key Responsibilities• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI (High-Net-Worth Individual) and premium clients.
• Understand client preferences, lifestyle requirements, and property investment goals.
• Present premium real estate opportunities, including second homes and farm properties.
• Handle client calls, follow-ups, meetings, and property site visits.
• Generate interest, nurture leads, negotiate professionally, and convert prospects into sales.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial interaction to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate client records, sales pipelines, and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide a smooth and qualified client experience.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Eligibility Criteria• Experience: 3–8 years in sales, relationship management, real estate, or premium customer-facing roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
