Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Associate role based in Gandhinagar. The Customer Service Associate will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing clear information about loan products, application processes, and repayment options. The role involves resolving customer issues, guiding customers through application steps, and updating records in internal systems with accurate information. The associate will monitor customer feedback, escalate complex cases when needed,



and collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining professional communication standards and adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
