Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our delegate network, securing distinguished speakers, and driving participation in our international events.
• Speaker Acquisition: Research, identify, and engage prominent industry leaders, C-suite executives, investors, and subject-matter experts for speaking engagements at our events.
• Delegate Acquisition: Identify, approach,



and engage senior decision-makers from target industries and organisations to participate in our exclusive B2B summits.
• Business Development: Present GBB Venture’s event offerings, participation opportunities, meeting formats, and conference agendas to prospective delegates and industry stakeholders.
• Market Research: Research target markets, identify key organisations and decision-makers, and develop relevant prospect databases.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with investors, developers, architects, consultants, hospitality leaders, and other industry professionals.
• International Travel: Travel across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia to attend events, conduct business meetings, and strengthen relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Event Coordination: Provide comprehensive pre-event and post-event support to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for speakers, delegates, and partners.
