Role Description The Laboratory Operations Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role oversees daily laboratory operations, including workflow planning, resource allocation, and coordination with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely and accurate diagnostic services. Responsibilities include maintaining laboratory safety standards,



managing laboratory equipment and supplies, and implementing quality control procedures to meet regulatory and internal benchmarks. The Laboratory Operations Manager monitors performance metrics, supports process improvements, and ensures adherence to standard operating procedures and accreditation requirements. The role also involves supervising and mentoring laboratory staff, facilitating training, and collaborating with management to support operational efficiency and service excellence.
