Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The person in this role will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline,



and develop strong relationships with decision-makers across target industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering client presentations, collaborating with technical teams to shape solution proposals, and negotiating commercial terms to close deals. The Business Development Manager will also track performance against sales targets, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide feedback to product and delivery teams on client needs and market trends. This role requires close coordination with leadership to support long-term growth strategies and expand Advlorex’s presence in key markets.
